iGrinder® Floating Deburring Tool

Floating deburring tool, it provides a radial constant floating force. The force can be set by a precise pressure regulation valve. The radial floating force is proportial to the output air pressure of the pressure regulation valve. The greater the air pressure, the greater the floating force. Within the floating range,the floating force is constant and does not require the robot control. 

When it is used with robot for deburring, grinding and polishing,etc., the robot only needs to move according it path, and the force control and floating functions are completed by the floating tool. Floating tool maintains a contact folating force regardless of the robot’s posture.
