C025XX – C060XX Humanoid Robot 6 Axis ForceTorque Sensor

C25XX – C60XX series 6 Axis Force/Torque Sensor developed by SRI, which is suitable for humanoid robots, better meets the installation requirements of the wrist part of humanoid robots, and the product is protected by a patent.Low Zero offset drift. 1. High precision. The entire series has an accuracy better than 0.5% F.S.
2. Impact resistance. Some models have a maximum overload capacity of 3 times.
3. High reliability. Some models do not fail after 100 cycles of 3 times overload on each axis.
4. Excellent zero drift performance. Some models are better than 0.05%/10℃.
5. Rich interfaces. Support various communication methods such as Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherCAT, CAN, CAN FD, RS485, RS232, USB, etc.

Description

The signal decoupling method of the transducer is specified in the spec sheet. For models that are structurally decoupled, no decoupling algorithm is required. For models that are matrix-decoupled, a 6X6 decoupling matrix for calculation is provided in the calibration sheet when delivered.

Cable outlet, through hole, and screw position can be customized if we know the available space in your application and how you intend to mount the sensor to relevant components.

Mounting plates/adapters for KUKA, FANUC and other robots can be provided.

For models that do not have AMP or DIGITAL denoted in description, they have millivolt range low voltage outputs. If your PLC or data acquisition system (DAQ) requires an amplified analog signal (i.e.:0-10V), you will need an amplifier for the strain gauge bridge. If your PLC or DAQ requires digital output, or if you do not have a data acquisition system yet but would like to read digital signals to your computer, a data acquisition interface box or circuit board is required.

SRI Amplifier & Data Acquisition System:
1. Integrated version: AMP and DAQ can be integrated for those OD larger than 75mm, offering a smaller footprint for compact spaces. Contact us for more details.
2. Standard version: SRI amplifier M8301X. SRI data acquisition interface box M812X. SRI data acquisition circuit board M8123X.
