De M43XX-serie is speciaal ontworpen voor industriële robottoepassingen.De serie biedt een groot scala aan kracht- en koppelcapaciteiten om uit te kiezen.Het heeft verschillende versies voor verschillende vereisten, bijvoorbeeld een geïntegreerde geluidsarme versterkerversie, een geïntegreerde data-acquisitiesysteemversie, holle en massieve versies, IP64- en IP65-versies en verschillende communicatie-interfaceversies.

Beschrijving

De signaalontkoppelingsmethode van de transducer wordt gespecificeerd in het specificatieblad.Voor modellen die structureel ontkoppeld zijn, is geen ontkoppelingsalgoritme vereist.Voor modellen die matrix-ontkoppeld zijn, wordt een 6X6 ontkoppelingsmatrix voor berekening geleverd in het kalibratieblad bij levering.

Standaard IP60-classificatie is voor gebruik in stoffige omgevingen.IP64-classificatie is beschermd tegen spatwater.IP65-classificatie is beschermd tegen spatwater.

Kabeluitgang, doorgaand gat en schroefpositie kunnen worden aangepast als we de beschikbare ruimte in uw toepassing kennen en weten hoe u de sensor op relevante componenten wilt monteren.

Er kunnen montageplaten/adapters voor KUKA, FANUC en andere robots worden geleverd.

Voor modellen waarbij AMP of DIGITAL niet in de beschrijving staat vermeld, hebben ze laagspanningsuitgangen in het millivoltbereik.Als uw PLC of data-acquisitiesysteem (DAQ) een versterkt analoog signaal vereist (dwz: 0-10V), heeft u een versterker nodig voor de spanningsmeterbrug.Als uw PLC of DAQ digitale output nodig heeft, of als u nog geen data-acquisitiesysteem heeft maar digitale signalen naar uw computer wilt lezen, is een data-acquisitie-interfacebox of printplaat vereist.

SRI-versterker en data-acquisitiesysteem:
1. Geïntegreerde versie: AMP en DAQ kunnen worden geïntegreerd voor buitendiameters groter dan 75 mm, wat een kleinere voetafdruk biedt voor compacte ruimtes.Neem contact met ons op voor meer details.
2. Standaarduitvoering: SRI-versterker M8301X.SRI data-acquisitie interfacebox M812X.SRI data-acquisitie printplaat M8123X.
