The CIIF 2026 Industrial Expo has come to an end. The 26th China International Industrial Expo has officially concluded. With the closing of the exhibition halls, the exhibition of Sunrise Instruments’ 8.1H E260 has also been successfully completed. The five-day exhibition has come to an end. We would like to thank all the friends who visited Sunrise Instruments.
This exhibition covered the C series six-dimensional force sensors and the brand-new large-load floating force control grinding tools, which made their debut at the CIIF 2026 Industrial Expo. It focused on three major sections: force sensors, force control grinding, and biomechanical analysis, establishing a three-dimensional, all-dimensional exhibition platform. The application scenarios progressed layer by layer, complemented each other, and cooperated to provide comprehensive coverage. With years of accumulated technical expertise, it fully demonstrated its leading advantages in force perception and force control interaction.
Sunrise Instruments recreates real working conditions and showcases the actual operation of ABB’s robotic arm equipped with Sunrise Instruments’ 6-axis force sensor. This demonstrates typical industrial scenarios involving precise gear assembly. The precise gear assembly requires extremely high force control accuracy; even a slight deviation in force values can cause damage to the workpiece or assembly failure. The entire system relies on the six-dimensional force sensor to provide real-time feedback of multi-dimensional force and torque data, guiding the robotic arm to complete smooth assembly and achieving high-precision flexible operations. The outstanding reliability of Sunrise Instruments’ sensor has been verified through 15 years of cooperation with ABB robots and has been long recognized by leading industry customers.
The Agile photography robot is equipped with the six-dimensional force sensor from Sunrise Instruments, integrating AI, force control, and the photography workflow. This enables photographers to use the robot with a simple and familiar creative logic. Unlike the complex teaching operations of industrial robots, the Agile photography robot supports drag-and-drop points. Users can directly guide the mechanical arm to the target position, set keyframes, and then the trajectory planning model generates the shooting path.
The six-dimensional force sensor is also an indispensable core testing equipment in the field of biomechanics research. The force and torque data generated by the feet and limbs during human movement are important references for motion analysis, injury rehabilitation, and competitive sports training.
The Sunrise Instruments six-dimensional force platform has a measurement range of 1250 – 20000N and 500 – 3000Nm. It is more suitable for different weight subjects and different intensity sports events, and can complete the synchronous measurement of six degrees of freedom force and torque for various human movements such as walking, running, jumping, and swinging. The measurement data of the equipment is accurate and stable, and can completely restore the force changes during the entire human movement process.
Professional imitation of manual massage techniques, with precise massage trajectories and constant massage force; AI locates human body acupoints, and the operation is simple; 24-hour operation, not afraid of fatigue; reduces the labor intensity of masseurs and improves their work efficiency; medical-grade safety protection, with current loop collision detection of the mechanical arm and over-limit detection of the massage force at the end of the mechanical arm, providing dual safety protection.
iCG08 is the high-load floating power control grinding tool that Sunrise Instruments is presenting as a major debut at CIIF 2026. This tool has a maximum pulling and pushing force of 1000N, a grinding accuracy of +/-5N, an ultra-large load capacity of 50KG, and a travel measurement accuracy of 0.01mm. It is equipped with an iGrinder® intelligent floating grinding head, which has axial constant force floating capability. It also integrates force sensors, displacement sensors, and inclination sensors to continuously monitor parameters such as grinding force, floating position, and grinding head posture. It offers faster response speed, higher force control accuracy, easier operation, and higher grinding efficiency. Robot engineers no longer need to develop complex signal control programs for force sensors.
